Vegetable Garden Design & Installation

Helping You Grow Food You’ll Actually Eat (and Enjoy Growing!)

Love the idea of growing your own vegetables but not sure where to start? I’ll help you design and build a garden that fits your space, sunlight, and lifestyle — so you can enjoy fresh, homegrown food without the overwhelm. Whether it’s raised beds, in-ground plots, or container gardens, I’ll create a setup that’s beautiful, practical, and built to thrive.

Custom Garden Layouts

Every property is different — and every garden should be too. I’ll assess your space and design a layout that takes into account sunlight, soil quality, drainage, and your goals for what you want to grow.

Quality Raised Beds & Materials

From cedar to galvanized metal, I use durable materials that look great and last for years. Beds are built to a comfortable height for easy tending and designed to blend naturally with your landscape.

Healthy Soil & Composting

Good soil is the foundation of a healthy garden. I’ll enrich your beds with compost and organic matter, creating the perfect growing environment for strong, productive plants.

Smart Watering Options

Want to make watering effortless? I can include a drip irrigation system or rain barrel setup that keeps your plants hydrated efficiently and sustainably — no daily hose duty required.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT

Raised Bed Garden with Custom Fencing

Last summer, I built a six-bed vegetable garden on our property here in Yorkville — each bed measuring 4×4 feet and surrounded by a custom wood-and-wire fence with solar lighting to keep deer out and evenings beautiful.

This project combined everything I love about gardening: thoughtful layout, healthy soil, and creative touches that make a space both functional and inviting. Today, this garden produces a full season of fruits & vegetables — from spring raspberries, blueberries & strawberries to summer peppers, and herbs — all while adding charm to the yard.

Whether you’re dreaming of a few raised beds or a full backyard vegetable oasis, I’ll help you design and install a setup that works for your space, schedule, and goals.
